about
This song came like a kick to the guts. There's a bit of pain and self reflection going on in this one ('ah shut up would ya')... Though i feel it's quite dreamy in a 'Country Music' way and soothing in it's repetitive nature. I think the Nashville guitar sound is quite beautiful and I equally admire Duncan Yardley's supporting chords and runs on his Electric Violin. Great job to Nick Edin on production and in getting that Daniel Lanios-esque sound on the guitars. And a big thanks to Joe, for only ever playing what is needed on the drums, and never more... and for that i love him the most.
